CDOT NEPA Manual
This is Version 3 of the NEPA Manual, which was completed in March 2013. Below is a summary table that shows the more considerable updates that were made to the NEPA Manual since Version 2, which was available since 2008. For easy reference appendices containing additional detail are included separately.
To save paper and other natural resources, and to allow CDOT staff to regularly update the manual, this manual is available exclusively on-line.
