Statewide Planning Unit

The Statewide Planning and Support Unit coordinates development of the Long-Range Statewide Transportation Plan, oversees the STIP and Plan amendment process, provides support and coordination to the STAC, conducts research and studies on issues affecting transportation planning in the state, and provides policy review and analysis on planning related legislation, regulation and guidance.

Current efforts include the development of an amendment to the 2035 Statewide Transportation Plan, and several ongoing studies, including:
