Keywords: Studies, US Highways The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) assembled a team to study short- and long-term strategies to address capacity issues on the US 24 West corridor from Manitou Springs to I-25. The team consists of CDOT, FHWA, and the consulting firms of CH2M HILL and Wilson & Company.
